1. Data we collect

PulseBoard collects account information (email address, name), usage data (pages visited, features used), and infrastructure metrics you configure for monitoring. We do not collect or store the content of monitored services.

2. How we use your data

Data is used solely to provide and improve the PulseBoard service, send transactional notifications (alerts, incident updates), and maintain security of your account.

3. Data retention

Metric data is retained for 90 days on standard plans and up to 13 months on Enterprise plans. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.

4. Third parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Infrastructure data is processed exclusively within your selected region.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorised personnel under strict need-to-know policies.
